Saudi assignment
We were instructed by US lawyers representing a major Saudi Arabian oil company in dispute with a major US oil company over a joint venture agreement. The sums involved ran into hundreds of millions.
Our team was dispatched to Riyadh to identify and obtain substantial volumes of relevant financial information going back nearly twenty years. We analysed the information and set out our findings in expert reports for the purposes of US litigation in two separate states. We assisted the lawyers in determining how the accounting issues in the case should be presented.
