These include the Serious Fraud Office, the Assets Recovery Agency, Department for Education and Skills, National Health Service, Financial Services Authority, Department of Trade and Industry, National Lottery Commission, and the Joint Disciplinary Scheme/Accountancy Investigations and Discipline Board.
Our work includes acting as Inspector under Section 432 of the Companies Act 1985, undertaking confidential inquiries under Section 447, and detailed investigations on specific matters, particularly in connection with alleged fraud, impropriety or anti-competitive behaviour.
