You have heard the rumours about getting through the chartered accountancy exams; grads not having a day off for two years, falling asleep at work or failing an exam five times in a row. You’ll be pleased to know, they are just stories.

You’re not on your own -
At Mazars everyone has a mentor (a senior manager) who’ll give you guidance and the benefit of their experience. You’ll also have a buddy on the grad scheme (someone in the year above you), who can answer questions, support you through the exams and advise you on work and study balance. -
The exams are hard -
But so were GCSEs, A levels and your finals. If you work hard you can do it. -
You do not have use all your free time -
You’ll get regular time off for college. -
You will have to give up some weekends for study -
Recent grads estimated that, on average, they worked one Saturday in three in the run-up to their exams.
