Stephen Miller Partner - Mazars Deal Advisory

Stephen Miller is head of the due diligence practice in London. Stephen specialises in providing financial and related due diligence and restructuring services to private equity houses, debt providers, management and corporates.

With over 20 years of due diligence and restructuring experience, he has worked with many private equity houses and investors across a range of industries including infrastructure, industrial and consumer markets, business services, health and retail. He has advised on numerous private equity and bank led transactions, mid-market and large cross border LBOs, both buy and sell side. Stephen also has extensive experience of leading capital market assignments including IPOs.

Prior to joining Mazars, he was a partner in the KPMG Private Equity group for 15 years in both their London and Moscow offices, and was instrumental in building this practice between 1998 and 2010. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant and worked for KPMG for a total of 26 years.
