Justin Menezes Partner - Monitoring Trustees

Justin is an experienced competition lawyer and an expert in merger and antitrust commitments. He regularly acts as a monitoring trustee and has extensive experience working with regulatory authorities in Europe, the US and South America and with global companies across market sectors.

He also works as an advisor on remedies and compliance for clients contemplating transactions involving remedies and implementation of commitments packages. He has significant experience of M&A processes and divestments in a commitments context including board level appointments with various companies.

Justin has an LLB (Hons), a postgraduate diploma in EC Competition Policy, and qualified as a barrister in 1995. He speaks fluent German and French, and is based in Brussels and London.
