Alistair Wesson Office Managing Partner, Nottingham

Alistair is the managing partner of our growing Nottingham office and has spent the last 35 years advising entrepreneurial businesses from start-up to fast growing SMEs and established businesses on everything from strategic growth to the importance of digitisation, exit planning and preparation for succession or exit .

Alistair also works with and supports those clients on issues including ownership structure, inter-generational change, family governance and financial planning helping them achieve success, both in business and for their family.

In addition to the above Alistair is a key ‘Optimize’ partner, a role which provides great insight into entrepreneurial and privately-owned businesses across the UK: working with appropriate entrepreneurs and management teams on their strategic direction.

Alistair is a Chartered Accountant who has worked in the entrepreneurial business sector for his entire career.
