Richard specialises in advising public interest entities, including groups listed on stock exchanges in both the UK and overseas. He acts as audit partner for a number of Mazars’ high profile clients and also has significant experience of acting as reporting accountant for UK stock market transactions. In addition to this, Richard has expertise in advising clients undertaking transaction due diligence, particularly in relation to cross border assignments.

Richard is a member of the Quoted Companies Alliance (QCA) Markets and Regulation Committee and represents the UK on the Mazars International Capital Markets team. He is a regular contributor to press and media articles and often speaks at seminars and conferences.
