Bob Green – Partner – Global head of Project Finance & Modelling and UK Construction Sector Leader
Bob heads up the global Mazars PPP advisory team and has over 10 years’ experience advising public sector procurers, private sector bidders and funders on more than 200 projects ranging in size from €7m to €1.8bn. He also advises public authorities on projects worth in excess of €1bn and closed projects with private sector clients worth in excess of €700m.
Bob has extensive experience across many sectors including waste, streetlighting, renewable energy, health, leisure, schools, emergency services, transport, social care and housing. His construction clients include Amey, Lend Lease, Costain, PCL, SNC Lavalin, Wates and Wilmott Dixon.
Jac Berry – Partner – Infrastructure audit
Jac leads our audit service offering to infrastructure SPV clients.
She has significant experience of the public sector, construction and long-term contracting sector as well as PPP projects. Jac has specific expertise in the statutory audit of newly incorporated/listed entities and those with multiple investors, in particular meeting the different priorities and requirements of stakeholders.
With over 20 years’ experience, she has led numerous statutory audit and accounting engagements for complex businesses and international groups. Her experience with the PPP sector has a particular focus on the statutory audit of SPVs involved in education, lighting and the NHS. Her infrastructure clients include Bouygues, Ecovert, Thales, Suez and central government.
David Herbinet – Partner – Audit
David heads up Mazars’ Corporate and Public Interest Markets team in the UK and is a key Mazars spokesperson particularly on issues affecting audit competition or audit quality.
He acts as client service partner for some of our largest international clients with significant expertise in group audits and cross-border due diligence. His infrastructure clients include Bouygues and Thales.
David has extensive experience of businesses with complex, long-term contracts (Construction, PFI, Aerospace and Defence) and of the Technology and Media sectors.
Stephen Fuller – Partner – Infrastructure tax
Stephen leads the Mazars’ Infrastructure tax team which provides tax advice and assurance services to multi-nationals, banks and SPVs in the private sector.
Stephen has considerable expertise in advising public and private sector clients in connection with PPP projects, together with dealing with the tax and accounting aspects of financial modelling. His experience covers both domestic and international projects in Europe, North America and Asia Pacific, across a range of sectors including education, health, transport, social infrastructure and waste.
His client experience includes working with Amey, Balfour Beatty, Covanta Energy, Lend Lease, Costain, Road Management Group and Vinci.
Steven Brice – Partner – Infrastructure accounting and reporting
Steven is the technical partner in charge of the Financial Reporting Advisory Group for Mazars in the UK.
Steven devotes the majority of his time to technical consultancy for large corporate clients across the World. He specialises in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
As part of his role Steven is actively involved in the many accounting technical complexities that arise in the infrastructure sector. Steven and his team provide bid support on accounting, IFRS conversions, IFRIC 12 reviews, financial instrument advice, group reorganisation advice, expert witness (property and construction), distributable profits guidance and other UK GAAP/FRSME or IFRS advisory services.
His client experience inter-alia includes Enterprise, ALC, VT Group, Amey, MOD, Schneider and Amber Infrastructure.
Mark Taylor – Partner – Forensic Investigations
Mark has considerable experience in the dispute resolution arena having specialised as a forensic accountant since 1993. Mark has acted as an Expert Accountant and as an advisor on a broad range of construction and other sector disputes in the UK. Mark has acted as an Expert in International Arbitration proceedings brought under ICC and UNCITRAL rules as well as in the UK High Court and in UK criminal courts.
