Our team provides a ‘Virtual IT Department’ to a range of organisations such as owner-managed businesses, charities, private individuals as well as limited companies. Our tailored approach means that you receive the right level of support and advice at all times.

We offer our IT support service on a fixed fee basis. There is no limit to the number of calls made by you to our service desk.

Not only can we provide the infrastructure to support your business, we can provide the advice and guidance to help you use it effectively in order to maximise your investment. We conduct quarterly review meetings to ensure service levels are maintained, incidents anticipated and to plan upgrades and projects.
