Below is a list of some of our recent projects:
- pre-acquisition intelligence on a former FTSE 100 drinks group during its acquisition by a client of Mazars. Following the acquisition, Mazars provided post-acquisition transaction support and has been retained as auditors to the acquired group in the UK.
- due diligence and audit services to one of India’s largest manufacturers in support of its acquisition of a UK-based FMCG company
- international tax planning advice to a UK listed clothing manufacturer on its acquisition of a French-based company
- Sarbanes-Oxley reporting for a retailer, including the review and revision of sales and stock procedures
- setting up an in-house accounting department from scratch for a cosmetics company, advising on and assisting with tax quarterly payments.
