The benefits:

Our service can include:

Finance function and process review
We use tried and tested methodologies we quickly and rigorously document and analyse your processes identifying weaknesses, inefficiencies, gaps and risks. We work with you to develop and implement new processes based on the ethos of continuous improvement. Our team work across full finance functions, supporting transitions to a shared service model as well as reviewing key business areas such as payroll.

Process Design and development
By systematically assessing the current state of our client’s business processes, our BPI team identify areas of weakness and work with clients to prioritise improvement opportunities and plan implementation.

A significant proportion of our engagements involve assessing and recommending options for improvements in business processes and functions. Our clients tell us that they value our ability to blend this experience with a focus on the people issues that are a critical part of any change programme.

Management Information and design development
Our team design and build Management Information (MI) models quickly and efficiently or alternatively streamline and automate your close process.  Our tailored approach provides ‘top down’ business analysis supported by ‘bottom up’ data extraction.  We deliver automated reports linked to core systems with clear drill down reporting based on the principle of minimal manual input and robust reporting systems.

Organisation design
Human capital remains a significant input into finance functions and organisations alike. Through the identification of core capabilities and the evaluation of alternative operating models against good practice design principles we can support you in the design and implementation of new structures and working practices.

Procurement diagnostics
Our robust approach focuses on procurement control, process optimisation and maximising value for money.  We design and deliver practical solutions to improve the management, efficiency and control of your procurement activities.
