Mazars is one of only two firms in the region to sponsor three categories at the East Midlands Chamber Business Awards 2016, which will take place in Leicester, Nottingham and Derby throughout September.
The three awards evenings will take place in: Leicester on 2 September 2016 at the King Power Stadium, where Mazars is the headline sponsor of Business of the Year; Nottingham on 9 September 2016 at the Nottingham Belfry, where the firm is again headline sponsor of Business of the Year; and in Derby on 16 September 2016 at The Roundhouse, where the fast-growing accountancy business is sponsoring Employer of the Year.
Alistair Wesson/Chris Darlington, said: "We're really pleased to be throwing our weight behind these East Midlands Chamber awards.
"The Chamber - the second largest in the country - does some fantastic work for and on behalf of East Midlands businesses and its annual awards are no different.
"We look forward to meeting the winners and to three evenings celebrating the many successes of local businesses.
“The Chamber awards are the only ones in the region delivered purely by business, for business and are also the only awards which enable the winners to go on to compete in the British Chambers of Commerce’s regional and national awards."
Scott Knowles, Chief Executive at East Midlands Chamber, said: “We are delighted to have Mazars as a sponsor at all three of our Business Awards events. Like us, Mazars has a strong presence across all three counties. It is a highly respected business, with the gravitas and kudos to make its sponsorship beneficial to both of us.”
This year's gala dinners will be hosted by ITV Weather Presenter, Emma Jesson (Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire) and Olympics silver medallist, Gail Emms MBE (Leicestershire).
