Aspire Venues Limited

Bristol-based Aspire Venues Limited, an operator of three wedding and events venues in the South West of England, has ceased trading. Tim Ball has been engaged by the directors to assist with the process of placing the Company in to Liquidation.

Bristol-based Aspire Venues Limited, an operator of three wedding and events venues in the South West of England, has ceased trading with the loss of 19 full time jobs and 20 casual staff jobs. The company operated from venues at Chewton Place near Keynsham, Brockley Combe Manor in Backwell, and Eastington Hall near Stroud.

The directors have commenced the process to place the Company into Creditors' Voluntary Liquidation. Tim Ball, Restructuring Services Partner of the Bristol office of accountants Mazars, has been engaged by the directors to assist with the process of placing the Company in to Liquidation.

Tim Ball commented: "The closure of this insolvent business is very distressing for all concerned and a number of members of the public are affected by the cancellation of future wedding and event bookings and will be receiving letters very shortly. We of course have a great deal of sympathy for those affected by these understandably very stressful circumstances. Many customers who have placed deposits may, however, be protected by the insurance they have taken out, or through their credit card providers. I would encourage all customers who are affected to contact their credit and debit card providers or insurers to establish if they can be reimbursed for their potential loss."
