The second edition of our annual survey on litigation and arbitration trends in the UK, and reflects the insight and opinions of some of the country’s top litigators and arbitrators.

In May 2011 we surveyed over 2,000 of the top litigation lawyers in the UK, including the leading individuals listed in the Legal 500 and the solicitors with whom we regularly work. This comprised litigators and arbitrators from magic circle and top city firms, alongside litigators and arbitrators from leading regional and boutique firms. We appreciate the thought and effort that respondents put into completing this survey, and would like to thank them for their time.
