Mazars launches new initiative to support entrepreneurs

We are delighted to announce that Mazars and Warwick Business School(WBS) have launched a joint initiative, called Thinking Entrepreneurship. If you’re a visionary entrepreneur or owner manager running a successful established business then this will be of interest to you.

Thinking Entrepreneurship helps entrepreneurs and owner managers in the UK to develop their entrepreneurial ambitions. Combining the skills and knowledge of accomplished academics and practical commercial business experience offers a rare opportunity for shared learning based on real life successes.

One of the key elements of this initiative is to work with our overseas offices, alumni and entrepreneurial communities to offer you the opportunity to share information and ideas across borders; to network with counterparts in other countries and to leverage the knowledge and advice of Mazars and WBS to help you grow your business.

WBS is a leading thought-developer and innovator. Listed in the top one per cent of global business schools, their MBA programme is ranked 37 in the Financial Times’ 2009 listing of the top 100 global MBA’s. The school has a strong reputation in enterprise and entrepreneurship and incorporates the Centre for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises.

Our launch event, held earlier this year, attracted a large number of entrepreneurs from the Midlands who gathered to hear a range of key note speakers discuss flexing strategic models to ensure their businesses were ready for the market upturn, taking on competition and being ready to act decisively and with agility when it matters most.

In the future this page of Business Growth will be dedicated to entrepreneurs. We will cover the issues, changes in legislation and key developments that can affect your business. We will offer advice which will allow you to react quickly and effectively if it is required.
