Looking Through Employee Benefits

The issue of transparency within employee benefits and pensions is a topic of regular scrutiny. The state of data, level of adviser and investment fees as well as communications are all areas where transparency can cause issues. Our 2012/13 roadshow will explore these issues, provide a platform to discuss them with others facing similar challenges, and set out ways in which you can make your employee benefits appear clearer.

Carl Dumbrell, Audit Partner, Mazars

Carl Dumbrell is a Chartered Accountant in Australia, England and Wales with a Masters degree in taxation. He has worked in London, Singapore, New York and Sydney, advising small businesses and large corporate clients. Richard Stewart, Consultant,  Mazars

Richard Stewart is an employee benefit consultant with over 25 years’ experience and specialises in working with clients to improve their employee benefit packages. This includes benefit design (flex, salary sacrifice, fixed), benefits technology and communications/engagement strategies.

Jennie Kreser, Partner Silverman Sherliker LLP

Known to the Twitter community as @PensionlawyerUK, Jennie is a Partner at Silverman Sherliker LLP a City based commercial law firm. With wide experience of the Pensions Industry from all sides -  as the former Legal Director of OPRA (the predecessor body to the current Pension Regulator) and in consultancy and Private Practice -  Jennie brings her unique style and humour to a complex world of legislative gobbledygook and jolly difficult sums.
