Tom specialises in financial modelling and has over eight years experience of  supporting the private and public sectors for PFI / PPP projects.

His financial modelling experience covers a range of technical disciplines, industries and model types, including:

  • Business Modelling: Production of bespoke financial models to support a range of business types.
  • Infrastructure Project Modelling: Financial modelling support to over 30 PFI / PPP and other infrastructure projects from bid stage through to financial close and operations.  Model types included SPV models, payment mechanism models and risk sharing models.
  • Technical Accounting Modelling: International Financial Reporting Standards conversion projects (including IFRIC12 implementation) for investors in PPP projects in the health, defence, roads and schools sectors.
  • Model Audit: Extensive expertise in the provision of model audit services to over 150 projects ranging from school PFIs to multi-billion dollar oil and gas debt syndication models.
