Stephen joined Mazars in 2008 from Ernst & Young, and has responsibility for the firm’s Infrastructure Tax team, providing tax advice and assurance services to multi-nationals, banks and special purpose vehicles.

Stephen has considerable expertise in advising public and private sector clients in connection with PFI / PPP projects.  He is also heavily involved in the tax and accounting aspects of financial modelling. His experience covers both domestic and international projects in Europe, North America and Asia Pacific, across a range of sectors.

Stephen is a member of the PPP Forum’s Tax Group, an Associate of The Chartered Institute of Taxation and a Member of the Institute of Directors.
