Mark is a partner in Mazars' Forensic and Investigation Services and has considerable experience in the dispute resolution arena having specialised as a forensic accountant in 1993. Mark has acted as an expert accountant and as an advisor on a broad range of disputes in the UK, Europe, the US and SE Asia involving complex accounting and valuation issues in a variety of forums including International Arbitration proceedings brought under ICC and UNCITRAL rules, the UK High Court and the UK Criminal Court.

Mark’s experience includes transaction related disputes and breach of warranty claims, fraud investigations, breach of contract disputes, misrepresentation investigations, quantum of loss assessment in negligence, pricing and regulatory investigations, accounts manipulation claims and losses arising from libel.
