Mark joined Mazars in January 2009 and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, having previously headed the Company Secretarial Department at Linklaters, Solicitors. Prior to joining Linklaters, he was a Manager in the Company Secretarial Department of Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers). Mark has over 20 years experience of advising a broad range of UK companies in all areas of concern to the Company Secretary.
