Jack is responsible for Mazars’ corporate finance services, inbound and outbound, in relation to Asia Pacific, with a particular emphasis on East and South East Asia. He has been involved with projects in China and Hong Kong, and Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Japan and Taiwan. Our corporate finance services include Cross Border M & A, Private Equity fundraising, company flotations and financial due diligence.

Having acted as Reporting Accountant on the first AIM float of a Chinese business in September 2004 he has now completed a further ten IPO’s of Chinese businesses and both pre-investment and pre-acquisition reviews of Chinese targets. He has also been involved in a number of private equity fund raisings and M&A projects including the ground-breaking acquisition of Precision Technologies Group in the UK, by CQME, a Hong Kong listed, State controlled, Chongqing based company.

 Based in Hong Kong, Jack travels throughout East and South East Asia and returns to the UK on average once a month.
