Howard leads Mazars’ Finance Services Tax Group and is based in London.

He is an insurance tax expert, specialising in corporation tax for UK and international businesses in the broking, general insurance, reinsurance, captive insurance and Lloyd’s market. He advises on restructuring, transfer pricing, tax structured finance, tax strategy and due diligence reviews.

Howard is a Chartered Tax Adviser and a member of the Chartered Institute of Tax.
