Carl is an Audit Partner, who prior to joining Mazars was a partner in a second tier firm in Sydney, Australia. He is a Chartered Accountant in Australia, England and Wales with a Masters degree in taxation. He is a registered company auditor, a Fellow with the Institute of taxation, a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is also a Justice of the Peace.

Carl has worked in London, Singapore, New York and Sydney, advising small businesses and large corporate clients. He has extensive experience in the Pension Sector as auditor and advisor to Defined Benefit, Defined Contribution and Hybrid Schemes (UK and Internationally). In Australia, Carl has audited and advised trustees of Self Managed Superannuation Funds (SMSF), large APRA Regulated Funds and Industry Superannuation Funds.

Coming from Australia, Carl is very passionate about Australian Business and Industry. He has worked with many of the leading Global Mining and Energy companies. He is the author of a Australian based investment report on Coal Mining. He has presented many papers on Pensions, Superannuation and Energy and Mining.

For the better part of a decade Carl was an International Tennis Official, working at events such as Wimbledon, The Australian Open, Davis Cup, ATP Tour, WTA Tour and ITF Tour events throughout the world. For the last decade Carl has also actively worked with the Chartered Accountant Program and Sydney University as a module leader and examination marker.
